About Swarna Mohan

Swarna hails from India, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation and a master’s degree in physics. Upon finishing her education, she was sponsored by a semiconductor company to move to the U.S., where she worked as an applications engineer for over a decade. She also operated a custom furnishings business for nearly 10 years, specializing in curtains and blinds. Swarna came to Texas for work, and her journey into real estate began when she purchased several rental properties for herself in the early 2000s. Seeing firsthand the long-term value in owning property, Swarna obtained her real estate license in 2015. Since then, she’s expanded her clientele from friends and family to hundreds of satisfied clients throughout Greater Austin.

Swarna’s STEM background, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, has provided a solid foundation for her successful real estate career. Swarna specializes in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, and she is also a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist. She has experience working with first-time homebuyers, individuals and families interested in moving to the area from out-of-state, and investors looking to use real estate for long-term asset growth.

When Swarna isn’t busy helping her clients find their dream home and build their wealth through real estate, she can be found spending time with her two daughters, salsa dancing, and cooking. She is also dedicated to helping people in need, taking note of individuals and families she meets and helping them get necessary services and goods.
