I’m Krishnae Balachandran, but you can call me “Krish.” I hail from Kerala, India, and began my career as an IT Analyst in Bengaluru and Frankfurt, Germany, where I experienced significant personal and professional growth. After relocating to the US, I embraced the culture and explored the vast opportunities available here. Together with my spouse, I ventured into real estate investment, using my analytical skills to build a successful portfolio of rental properties.

This journey inspired me to help others navigate the real estate market. Now, as a licensed REALTOR® in Texas, I combine my passion for helping others with my expertise in technology-driven analytics to assist clients with their real estate needs.
